Healing My Heart integrates nervous system regulation, trauma education, and gut–brain support to help survivors of narcissistic abuse restore safety, clarity, and resilience.
Rooted in neuroscience and trauma psychology, our mission is to help you feel regulated in your body, clear in your mind, and empowered in your life — so you can return to yourself fully.
Healing begins with reconnecting to your body and learning to regulate your nervous system. Trauma is not only remembered cognitively — it is encoded in the nervous system.
We use a bottom-up approach, working from the body to the brain, because research shows that restoring physiological safety is the foundation for lasting change.
By gently processing emotions through the body, you can rebuild a sense of safety, balance, and resilience.
Our approach combines trauma education with body-based regulation strategies to support recovery after psychological and emotional abuse.
We help you understand what happened, calm chronic stress patterns, safely process stored trauma, reduce anxiety and fatigue, rebuild emotional resilience, and restore clarity and energy.

These dynamics may include manipulation, gaslighting, love bombing, devaluation, triangulation, future faking, smear campaigns, and emotional invalidation.
